Methods to Increase The Worm Screw Jack Speed

The lifting speed of the worm gear screw jack is limited.If the lifting speed is too fast, the friction heat and the wear are very strong, and the service life of the screw lift will be greatly discounted.
The lifting speed depends on three factors: input speed, worm ratio, screw pitch.
To increase the speed, you should
1.Use a 4pole motor to directly input, do not use 6pole motor or decelerate through the reducer and then input to the screw lift.
2.Choose fast speed ratio
3.Use a large pitch screw within the allowable range. Under normal circumstances, the screw is a single head, here we can make a double-headed screw according to the actual situation, so that the lifting speed can be doubled.
